Gloucester again
Je suis retournée pour ce week end chez les parents de Diane.
Samedi nous avons profité du beau temps et de la marée basse pour passer l’aprés-midi à jouer avec les chiens sur la plage.
Dimanche nous sommes allées visiter la ville portuaire de Newburyport. C’est une petite ville où décidément beaucoup de choses m’ont rappelé la maison :
Diane m’a emmené dans un “cheese shop” (une vraie torture…) où d’ailleurs ils ne vendaient pas que du fromage mais pleins d’autre produit européens tel que du vin (chateauneuf du pape entre autres), du chocolat en poudre voisin, des galettes de la mère Poulard, de la confiture de lait etc… le tout bien sur à des prix exorbitant.

Mais à la sortie du magasin j’ai eu une petite surprise : Diane m’avait acheté une morceau de “Petit Basque”. Réel plaisir quand ca fait 3 mois qu’on a pas mangé de fromage qui a un minimum de gout !
